By using Partro, you agree to these terms. Read them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
The service
Partro is a software-as-a-service CRM and PRM at getpartro.com. We may improve, change, or remove features. We'll give reasonable notice before removing anything material.
Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account.
- Tell us at hello@getpartro.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
- You must be 18 or older to use Partro.
Acceptable use
Don't use Partro to:
- Violate any law or third-party right.
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or malware.
- Reverse-engineer the service to build a competing product.
- Probe, scan, or stress-test infrastructure without permission.
- Store sensitive special-category personal data (health, biometric, financial account numbers) without enterprise-tier safeguards.
Your data
You own your customer data. We hold it on your behalf and process it under our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete it at any time.
Pricing & billing
During the beta period, Partro is free. When paid plans launch, early-access accounts will be offered founder pricing — locked for the life of the account on the same plan tier. Pricing changes won't be retroactive.
Cancellation
You can cancel any time. We'll keep your data accessible for 30 days after cancellation, then purge it. No fees for cancelling during beta.
Service availability
We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime but make no guarantees during beta. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.
Liability
Partro is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (zero during beta).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes are resolved in the courts of the Western Cape.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms materially, we'll email account holders at least 14 days before changes take effect.
